As the Director of Business Operations for The Acheson Group (TAG), Erin’s main role is to be responsible for managing the daily operational processes and procedures which facilitate the successful delivery of TAG services. She is responsible for managing the operations amongst all departments, meeting regular deadlines required by the business, and contributes to increasing areas of opportunities to grow TAG. 

 

Erin brings over nine years of experience of successfully building client relationships, delivering customer value and driving process improvement to the TAG team. Prior to TAG, Erin served as the Marketing Specialist for Apartments.com. In this role she served a large sales team of advertising consultants by providing them with sales and marketing presentations as well as written marketing materials. In 2009, Erin worked for Gate Gourmet as the liaison between customers, other caterers and Gate Gourmet operations regarding menu development, presentations, customer events and day to day operational activities.

 

Erin earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing at St. Ambrose University. Erin also holds a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Business Professional Writing certification.
