Desiree Kramer is the Senior Director of Administration for The Acheson Group (TAG). She is responsible for overseeing administrative and operational functions, ensuring client satisfaction, and monitoring project success through clear deliverables and refined processes. Desiree has worked for the Minnesota Department of Agriculture, along with private organizations and brings with her over 11 years of experience in administration and leadership roles. 

 

Before joining TAG, Desiree was the Director of Finance & Organizational Development for A & S Transportation, and successfully managed a team of 14 administrative professionals. This position focused on process improvement, financial forecasting and maintaining successful client relationships. 

 

She earned her degree in Criminal Justice in 2012, with Bachelor Studies in Business Administration. She is a Licensed Professional Claims Adjuster 6-20 (12 states) and holds several certifications from advanced supervisory and management courses.
